1. Purpose and scope
This agreement governs the use of the games published by Pelagos (see the legal notice): Don’t Fall, My Fart Adventure, Dream Beyond Boredom and, once released, Liminal Sky (each, the “Game”), whichever store distributes them.
By installing or using a Game, you accept this agreement. If you do not accept it, do not use the Game.
2. Relationship with store terms
- Steam: purchase, download and your account are governed by Valve’s Steam Subscriber Agreement. This agreement supplements it as regards the Game.
- Google Play: purchase and download are governed by the Google Play Terms of Service and its refund policies.
3. Licence
Subject to this agreement, Pelagos grants you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable and revocable licence to use the Game for private, non-commercial purposes, on devices you own or control, within the limits set by the store (for example family sharing).
The Game is licensed, not sold.
4. Rules of use
You agree not to:
- copy, modify, decompile or disassemble the Game, except where the law allows it;
- distribute, rent or resell the Game outside the stores’ mechanisms;
- cheat in multiplayer, bypass a technical measure or disrupt other players’ games;
- use the Game for unlawful purposes.
5. Multiplayer, nicknames and chat
Some Games let you play with others, on a local network or online through Steam, and exchange written messages (chat). You must not post insulting, hateful, discriminatory, obscene or threatening content, harass others, impersonate anyone or share personal data. Player exchanges are not moderated by the publisher; depending on the Game, kick, vote-kick or mute tools are available, as well as Steam’s reporting tools. You remain responsible for what you write.
6. Advertising (My Fart Adventure on Android)
The free Android version of My Fart Adventure shows ads provided by Google AdMob, never during play. Your consent choices are described in its privacy policy.
7. In-game items
Coins, ranks, items or characters earned by playing are gameplay elements: they cannot be bought with real money, have no monetary value, cannot be exchanged or refunded, and may be lost if data is erased or the Game is uninstalled.
8. Intellectual property
The Game, its code, art, characters, music, sounds, text and trademark are protected and belong to Pelagos or its licensors (see the credits in each Game). This agreement transfers no ownership to you.
Content creators may broadcast and monetise videos and live streams showing the Game, provided they do not present them as official.
9. Updates and availability
Pelagos may release updates (fixes, compatibility, content). Updates required to keep the Game in conformity are provided as required by law. Online features rely on third-party services (Steam) and may change.
10. Legal guarantees
You benefit from the legal guarantee of conformity for digital content under the French Consumer Code (articles L224-25-12 et seq.). To use it, contact us at contact@pelagos-lab.com; purchase refunds are requested from the relevant store. Nothing in this agreement limits your consumer rights.
11. Liability
To the extent permitted by law, Pelagos is not liable for indirect damage, data loss caused by the device, or malfunctions due to the network, an incompatible device or improper use. This limitation does not apply to gross or intentional misconduct, personal injury, or legal guarantees.
12. Term and termination
The licence lasts as long as you use the Game. You can end it by uninstalling the Game. In case of serious breach, in particular cheating or harassment, access to multiplayer features may be withdrawn.

Each Game has its own privacy policy: Don’t Fall, My Fart Adventure, Dream Beyond Boredom, Liminal Sky.
14. Governing law and disputes
This agreement is governed by French law, without prejudice to the more protective mandatory rules of your country of residence. In case of dispute, contact contact@pelagos-lab.com first. Failing an amicable solution, the competent courts are those designated by ordinary rules.
