This policy covers the pelagos-lab.com website. Each game has its own privacy policy: Don’t Fall, My Fart Adventure, Dream Beyond Boredom, Liminal Sky.
1. Data controller

2. Browsing the website
- No cookies are set and no audience measurement is used. The website loads no third-party resources: fonts are hosted on the website itself.
- Technical logs: our host, Cloudflare, Inc., records like any web server the IP address, date, requested page and browser, for security and proper operation. Legal basis: legitimate interest (art. 6.1.f GDPR). Retention: as set by the host’s retention policy.
- Mini-game leaderboards: if you submit your score, the nickname you choose and your score are stored and shown publicly in the game’s leaderboard, for as long as they rank in the top ten. Choose a nickname that does not identify you. To prevent abuse, a non-reversible fingerprint of your IP address is kept for one minute. Legal basis: your consent, by submitting your score. To remove a nickname, write to us. Your best score and last nickname are also kept in your browser (local storage), without being sent.
- Videos: trailers are hosted on this website itself. Playing them contacts no third-party service.
3. When you write to us
When you write to contact@pelagos-lab.com (support, bug report, press or key request, exercising your rights), we process your e-mail address, message and attachments to reply.
- Legal basis: legitimate interest in answering requests (art. 6.1.f), or legal obligation for rights requests (art. 6.1.c).
- Recipients: Pelagos; our e-mail provider Google Workspace (Google Ireland Limited) (European Union and United States).
- Retention: 3 years after the last exchange; 5 years for rights requests.
4. Your rights
You have the rights of access, rectification, erasure, restriction, objection, portability, withdrawal of consent at any time, and to set instructions for your data after death. Write to contact@pelagos-lab.com. We reply within one month (extendable by two months for a complex request, with notice). See also Account and data deletion.
You can lodge a complaint with the French authority, the CNIL (www.cnil.fr), or the authority in your country.
